Katharine A.D. Hanson is a Washington native who grew up in Bellevue and graduated from Forest Ridge High School. Katharine attended college in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California where she received a degree in Political Science. Katharine went on to graduate cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where she served on the Law Review and worked as an intern in the Sixty Plus Elder Law clinic. Prior to opening her own law practice, Katharine was an associate attorney with the Seattle law firm of Vortman & Feinstein and served as a trust officer with the Bank of America. In her spare time Katharine enjoys working with her husband to remodel their 90 year old Craftsman home, playing with her two children, cooking, gardening, cycling, watching college football and the Seattle Mariners.
